About Our Unit

We own a beautiful condominium at the Maui Banyan in
south Kihei.  Directly across the street is Kamaole Beach
Park II, one of Maui's most popular best white sand
beaches. Our unit is a lovely one bedroom/two bath with
views of the ocean and the mountains.  We have a fully
equipped kitchen including refrigerator, stove/oven,
microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and dishwasher.  There
is a queen size bed in the bedroom and a queen size sofa
bed in the living room with etched sliding glass doors
between the two rooms. It is ideal for a couple or small
family and can accommodate up to four.  There is even a
washer and dryer.  We have air conditioning, HBO, and a
lanai off the living room and the bedroom.  There are two
pools and two hot tubs, tennis courts and barbecue areas
for your enjoyment.

About Our Rates

Rates are $100 per day plus Hawaii tax (about 12%) and a
$100 cleaning fee.
Once we confirm availability, if you decide to book with us,
we request a $225 deposit to hold your booking.  We
always respond with your complete billing receipt.  The
remainder of the total amount is due 30 days prior to your
arrival date. Once we receive the total amount due we will
forward you all necessary information about our condo.
